The Role

You'll own paid campaigns end to end, across Google and Meta, for a portfolio of brands that count on us to make every rupee work harder. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the thrill of watching a well-optimised campaign take off.

What You'll Do

Build, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Turn business goals into smart campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies

Obsess over the metrics that matter: CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and drive them in the right direction

Test relentlessly, ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and let data settle the debates

Set up airtight tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel

Turn raw numbers into clear stories and sharp recommendations for clients

Partner with our design and content teams to bring campaigns to life.

What You Bring

1-3 years of hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience (agency background is a big plus)

A strong grip on campaign structures, bidding, and audience targeting

Comfort with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking

An analytical mind that spots patterns others miss

The ability to work independently and make confident optimisation calls

Bonus Points If You

Have run campaigns on Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads

Know your way around LinkedIn or Amazon Ads

Hold Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications
