We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record of delivering ROI-focused campaigns, especially in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations for better lead conversion.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-backed improvements.
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns (B2B/B2C) with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to optimize campaigns specifically for lead quality and cost per lead (CPL).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Good understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
