Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record of delivering ROI-focused campaigns, especially in lead generation and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations for better lead conversion.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-backed improvements.
  • Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
  • Proven experience in lead generation campaigns (B2B/B2C) with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to optimize campaigns specifically for lead quality and cost per lead (CPL).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Good understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and marketing funnels.
