Role Description
- Meta Account Management:- Take ownership of the Meta ads for Donatekart.- Develop and implement comprehensive ad strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Regularly optimize campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:- Plan, execute, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns to achieve predefined objectives.- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.- Identify and implement creative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Creative Direction and Testing:- Generate multiple creative angles for testing and experimentation.- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with brand messaging.- Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives and strategies.
- Audience Analysis and Optimization:- Analyze audience behavior and adjust targeting parameters for optimal performance.- Provide insights into audience segmentation and recommend strategies to reach diverse donor segments.
- Reporting and Analysis:- Regularly report on campaign metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Identify successful ads and campaigns, providing recommendations for scaling.- Present actionable insights to the marketing team to refine future strategies.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:- Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in Facebook advertising.- Implement new features and strategies to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
- Collaboration:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Meta ads.
- Proven experience working with business-to-consumer (B2C) brands (preferably D2C).
- Should be handling at least 50L/month budget.
- Strong understanding of creative direction and the ability to strategize engaging ad campaigns.
- Proficient in identifying hooks and innovative approaches to captivate the target audience.
- Expertise in analyzing campaign metrics and identifying successful ads and campaigns for scaling.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to generate creative angles for testing and experimentation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager platform, Andromeda update and various features.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- It's a plus having marketing experience/understanding of the crowdfunding/social sector.
