The Role: Performance Marketing Specialist - Meta

At NUUK, performance marketing is a core growth engine. This role is designed for a hands-on Meta performance marketer who has personally scaled paid social for a D2C brand and is comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.

This is not a coordination or reporting role. You will be deeply involved in strategy, execution, optimisation, experimentation, and insight generation, with direct accountability for growth and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end Meta performance marketing (Facebook & Instagram) for NUUK.
  • Plan, execute, and scale 60L+ monthly Meta budgets with clear ownership of ROAS, CAC, and contribution margins.
  • Build and optimize full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
  • Run high-velocity experimentation across audiences, creatives, formats, and offers with structured learnings.
  • Develop a strong creative point of view by translating performance data into clear feedback for the creative team.
  • Stay deeply current on Meta platform updates, new ad formats, and D2C performance trends.
  • Diagnose performance movements with a strong understanding of attribution limitations and trade-offs.
  • Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations across creative teams and leadership
  • Build scalable systems, dashboards, and operating rhythms that allow Meta to scale sustainably.

Who are you

  • Has 35 years of hands-on Meta performance marketing experience working with D2C brands
  • Has personally owned and scaled 30L+ monthly Meta budgets for a single brand, not spread across multiple accounts
  • Has been directly accountable for outcomes from strategy and execution to optimisation and learnings
  • Enjoys being in the Meta platform every day, close to data and decisions, rather than managing through agencies
  • Understands what profitable scaling actually looks like, beyond just increasing spend
  • Brings an operator mindset you test aggressively, learn quickly, and refine continuously
  • Are comfortable shaping creative direction using data-backed insights, not just requesting assets
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • May come from an agency background, as long as you've been execution-heavy rather than purely client-facing
