Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Performance Marketing Specialist specializing in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google to achieve business objectives. The role involves analyzing data, managing budgets, conducting performance testing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure marketing effectiveness. The specialist will also identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign outcomes, ensuring measurable returns on investment.

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of Lead Generation Funnels
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Conversion Tracking
• Ability to analyze campaign data and improve ROAS
• Knowledge of Retargeting, Lookalike Audiences and A/B Testing
• Basic Canva or video editing skills preferred
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Google Ads or Meta Certifications are a plus
• Portfolio, case studies, or campaign results preferred
