Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads & Lead Generation)

Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar (Work From Office)

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently handle Meta Ads, lead generation, landing pages, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.

This is not a basic social media posting role. We are looking for someone with hands-on execution experience in performance marketing and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create and optimize landing pages
• Setup Pixel, Conversion Tracking & Lookalike Audiences
• Generate quality leads and improve ROI
• Handle funnel optimization and A/B testing
• Work with forms, CRM, WhatsApp integrations, and automation workflows
• Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS)
• Coordinate with design/content team for campaign execution

We are looking for someone who understands execution, problem-solving, and modern AI-driven marketing workflows with minimal developer dependency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
