Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The role involves planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across various advertising platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing digital ads, conducting A/B testing, and leveraging data insights to enhance efficiency. The specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy and Sales to design and implement impactful campaigns
• Proficiency in Market Research and Customer Service to understand target audiences and ensure customer satisfaction
• Well Experienced in Meta, Google, and Linkedin ads.
• Experienced in various sectors marketing strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills for conveying ideas and results effectively to team members and stakeholders
• Experience with performance marketing platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising techniques is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Kochi
