This is a full-time on-site role, based in Pune Division, for a Performance Marketing Specialist specializing in Google and Meta platforms. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms to achieve performance targets. The role requires conducting data-driven analyses, performance testing, and market research. The candidate will develop, execute, and monitor campaign strategies, optimize costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met effectively.

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing platforms
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role in digital marketing or performance advertising is advantageous
