Role Overview
We are looking for a
Performance Marketing professional with proven experience in
healthcare-focused paid advertising to drive high-quality leads, consultations, and customer acquisition across:
- Hair Transplant & Aesthetic Clinics (lead-driven campaigns)
- Online Hair Loss Medicine & D2C Platform (orders, subscriptions & retention)
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing page optimisation, and ROI-focused campaign management, with a clear understanding of
medical advertising ethics and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Social Media PPC & Display Advertising
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Drive performance campaigns focused on:
- Lead generation (consultations, enquiries)
- Customer acquisition (D2C medicine orders)
- ROI and cost efficiency
Landing Page & Conversion Optimisation- Manage and optimise landing pages for:
- Lead quality
- Conversion rate
- Cost per lead (CPL) reduction
- Work closely with content, SEO, and design teams to improve funnel performance
- Ensure landing pages align with medical trust, clarity, and compliance
Campaign Optimisation & Testing- Conduct in-depth:
- Keyword research
- Audience targeting
- Ad copy and creative optimisation
- Continuously test:
- Ad formats
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Landing pages
- Improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting- Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Ads Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Track KPIs such as:
- Leads
- Conversions
- CAC
- ROI
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with the content team to:
- Create and refine ad creatives
- Develop landing page content
- Align blogs and educational content with paid campaigns
- Support integrated marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and content channels
Content & Platform Management- Manage and publish content on:
- WordPress websites
- Blogs
- Social media platforms
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all paid and organic touchpoints

- Mandatory experience in Healthcare / Medical / Hair Loss / Clinic or Pharma marketing
- Strong understanding of:

- Proficiency with:

- Working knowledge of WordPress
