About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Candidates must have prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency. Agency experience is mandatory, as the role involves managing multiple client accounts across different industries.

The ideal candidate should be data-driven, highly analytical, proactive, and possess excellent communication and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage campaigns for multiple objectives, including:

 * Brand Awareness

 * Reach

 * Engagement

 * Traffic

 * Video Views

 * App Promotion (if applicable)

 * Lead Generation

 * Sales/Conversions

 * Remarketing & Retargeting

  • Develop media strategies based on business goals and KPIs.
  • Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the creative, content, SEO, and web development teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advertising platform features, bidding strategies, and industry trends.

Strong expertise in Google Ads:

 * Shopping Ads (preferred)

Strong expertise in Meta Ads:

 * Awareness Campaigns

 * Engagement Campaigns

 * Video View Campaigns

 * Lead Generation Campaigns

 * Sales/Conversion Campaigns

 * Catalog & Remarketing Campaigns

* Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

* Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).

* Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.

* Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.

* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.

* Experience managing medium to high monthly advertising budgets.

* Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance analysis.

* Ability to independently own campaigns from strategy to execution and reporting.
