Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Department: Marketing

Joining: Immediate

Work Schedule: 6 days/week | 9 hours/day (includes 1-hour lunch break)

Salary: 4,500 – 5,000 AED per month (₹1,16,100 – ₹1,29,000 INR)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid digital acquisition channels for a premier JCI-accredited home healthcare provider in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning ad spend, executing targeted campaigns across major advertising platforms, and driving high-quality lead generation to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Creative & Audience Testing: Continuously test ad copy, visual assets, and target audience segments to maximize conversions and improve lead quality.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor daily campaign performance, maintaining strict control over Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Budget Management: Oversee ad spend budgets and build accurate monthly performance forecasts.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights to inform team strategy and stakeholder decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in digital/performance marketing. Experience working within an agency setting or the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Technical Search & Social Skills: Strong expertise in PPC/SEM strategies, including Max Conversions, tCPA, tROAS, Performance Max (PMax), and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Analytics & Tracking: Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• CRO & Optimization: Proven track record in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
• Web Basics: Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Languages: English (required); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
