DOD Growth is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

Work: In office
Type: Full-Time
We're specifically looking for someone with prior digital marketing agency experience who understands how to manage campaigns, work with clients, and drive measurable results.
What we're looking for:
• 2+ years of performance marketing experience
• Previous digital marketing agency experience is required
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Lead generation & conversion-focused campaign experience
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Understanding of funnels, targeting, creatives & CRO
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects independently
