We are looking to onboard a seasoned Performance Marketing Professional with a proven, stable track record in driving measurable digital growth. This is a high-ownership role requiring strategic clarity, execution excellence, and the ability to operate independently across multiple digital mandates.

Core Responsibilities (Please read carefully before applying)
End-to-end ownership of Google PPC (Search, Display, Performance Max) with demonstrable ROI delivery.

Strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.

Campaign management and performance optimization on YouTube Ads for brand and conversion funnels.

Strong command over SEO and SMO, including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content-led growth.

Ability to handle multiple assignments single-handedly, without operational dependency.

Continuous performance tracking, analytics, reporting, and actionable insights for leadership.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in performance-driven digital marketing.

Documented success in lead generation, conversion optimization, and cost efficiency.

Deep understanding of algorithms, audience targeting, funnels, and attribution models.

Proven ability to manage high-pressure, multi-brand environments with autonomy.
