Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PPC, paid social, and affiliate marketing, and will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, conversions, and ROI through performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  2. Analyze campaign performance daily, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
  3. Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  4. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  5. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.
  6. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to track performance and user behavior.
  7. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  8. Provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
  2. Proficiency with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, GA4, and reporting tools.
  4. Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO is a plus.
  5. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a bonus.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Strong copywriting and creative mindset.
  2. Ability to manage multiple campaigns with tight deadlines.
  3. Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing is preferred.
