Job Description:
We are looking for a performance-driven marketing specialist to manage paid campaigns and SEO strategies to drive measurable growth. The role focuses on lead generation, ROI optimization, search visibility, and data-driven marketing across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn,Youtube etc.)
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Conduct keyword research for both paid and organic growth
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic performance
- Monitor campaign budgets and optimize ROI
- Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and SEO content
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights
- Collaborate with content and design teams for SEO-friendly creatives
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms and digital trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, and performance marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
- Knowledge of on-page/off-page SEO and technical SEO basics
- Understanding of conversion funnels and audience targeting
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Budget management and ROI optimization ability
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Experience:
- Minimum 34 years in performance marketing and SEO preferred
