We are now hiring aPerformance Marketing Specialistto own and scale our paid acquisition engine.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, numbers-driven role focused on driving measurable growth.
You will:
- Own paid campaigns end-to-end
- Optimizeacquisition funnels
- Reduce CAC while improving lead quality
- Drive experiments that unlock scalable growth
This role reports directly to leadership and hasclearrevenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Execution & Scaling
- Plan, execute, andoptimizecampaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (for B2B growth)
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and ROAS
- Identifyhigh-intent audiences and scale winning segments
- Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives
Funnel Optimization & Experimentation
- Develop structured A/B testing roadmaps (copy, creatives, landing pages, audiences)
- Improve CTR, CVR, CAC, and LTV metrics
- Analyze full funnel: Click Lead Qualified Revenue
- Identifydrop-offs and propose optimization strategies
Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
- Ensureaccuratetracking using:
- Meta Pixel & Conversions API
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- UTM frameworks
- Build performance dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets
- Report weekly insights and actionable recommendations
- Understand attribution models and customer journey mapping
Collaboration & Growth Initiatives
- Work with content and design teams to create high-performing creatives
- Support founder-led thought leadership campaigns
- Assistin scalingwebinar, whitepaper, and product demo promotions
- Align performance campaigns with brand positioning
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience managing Google & Meta campaigns
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV
- Proficiencyin Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
- Working knowledge of GA4 and campaign tracking
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to independently own targets and deliver results
Good to Have
- Experience inhealthtech, neurotech, wellness, or startup ecosystem
- B2Bcampaign experience
- Basic SQL for deeper funnel analysis
- CRM familiarity (HubSpot or similar)
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience
- Experience managing global campaigns (India + US markets)
