About the Role
The Performance marketing team is looking for someone to support our SEO manager in execution of our SEO strategy. This person will be motivated, hardworking, and detail oriented. The ideal candidate will have some baseline knowledge of SEO and knowledge of CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore. They will join an energetic team and help drive our SEO strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Google My Business optimizations – differentiate descriptions and meta data, build out services, upload new photos for all child care centers in GMB
- Audit duplicate site content and archive in Sitecore
- Assist in audit of meta data across key site pages and optimize where needed
- Help make minor page updates and optimizations in Sitecore – update H1/H2, swap images, update KWs, add alt text, etc.
- Facilitate in FAQ rollout
- Troubleshoot incorrectly indexed pages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of working experience
Required Skills

Additional Information
Baseline knowledge of SEO
- Experience with Sitecore or another CMS a plus
- Knowledge of AI search trends a plus
- Knowledge of copilot and the ability to use it to build out content
- Detail oriented and excellent communication skills
