Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Professional to own end-to-end lead generation across various performance marketing channels. You'll be responsible for creating and optimizing ad creatives, managing campaigns, and analyzing key metrics to maximize ROI. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, and SEO, along with hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Own end-to-end lead generation across performance marketing channels such as Meta, Google, and YouTube. Set up and manage ad campaigns, including budget allocation and A/B testing.
  • Creative Optimization: Create and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key metrics, using data insights to improve performance.
  • SEO & Organic Growth: Improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy, including on-page and off-page optimizations, and content planning for organic growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and product teams to enhance conversion rates.

Skills Required

  • 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and SEO.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, and a solid understanding of keyword strategy.
  • Proven track record of running high-ROI campaigns and lead-generation funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, GA4, and various reporting tools.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively with creatives.
  • A passion for music or education is a plus.
