About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Ninja at Gabit, you will be responsible for accelerating Gabit's growth through Google and Meta Ads ecosystems. You'll own the end-to-end strategy — campaign planning, execution, optimisation, audience targeting, creatives, and performance tracking — ensuring Gabit's wearables, supplements, and skincare products scale profitably across digital channels.
This is a role for someone analytical, detail-oriented, performance-driven, and obsessed with driving measurable impact through smart optimisation and experimentation.
What Your Day Would Look Like:
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive efficient growth.
- Analyse key marketing metrics daily (CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, funnel drop-offs) and drive data-led decisions.
- Manage and optimise campaigns to maximise conversions, reduce CAC, and improve overall ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to unlock growth opportunities.
- Track competitor strategies, audience behaviour, and market trends to uncover new growth levers.
- Work with creative and content teams to improve ad performance — creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and scalable growth across channels.
- Collaborate with brand, product, and tech teams to align campaigns with business objectives and product launches.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new growth channels (retargeting, performance creatives, new ad formats, etc.).
- Evaluate performance weekly and monthly through dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Say Hello If You've Got:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field with 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills with comfort in interpreting campaign data.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts like paid media, attribution, funnel optimisation, and audience targeting.
- Experience in running and scaling campaigns with a focus on ROI and CAC efficiency.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- A problem-solver mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven startup environment.
- Passion for digital marketing, consumer brands, and helping more people discover Gabit's products.
