Performance Marketing: Meta Ads

We're Clayco Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing D2C skincare brand built with a focus on simple, gentle and effective skincare.

We're now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of scaling campaigns across Meta and Google.

What You'll Do:

● Own and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end, from setup to scaling.

● Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for real business results — ROAS, CAC, revenue growth and overall efficiency.

● Build and manage performance reports and dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets.

● Work closely with the Content, Design and Brand teams to align messaging, creative strategy and campaign performance.

You're Right for This Role If:

● You've spent 1 to 3 years running Meta + Google Ads and have strong results to show.

● You're comfortable working with data and building clear performance dashboards.

● You understand ad structures, targeting logic, pixel setup, attribution and campaign optimization.

● You're based in Mumbai and ready to work from our Lower Parel, Mumbai office. This is not a remote role.
