Performance Marketing & MarTech Specialist (AI-Driven)

We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & MarTech Specialist who can do more than just launch campaigns.

You'll be responsible for running, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns while building AI-powered marketing systems and automation that directly contribute to business growth.

Role Summary:

We are hiring a hands-on performance marketer who can run, optimize, and automate campaigns end-to-end.

This role is for someone who:

• Has actually managed budgets and delivered results
• Understands AI + automation in marketing
• Can build systems, not just campaigns

What You Will Do:

Run and scale campaigns on:

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen + ABM)
• Meta Ads Manager

Drive:

• B2B lead generation (primary focus)
• Hospitality leads & bookings

Own performance metrics:

• CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate

Build automation flows:

• Website Form CRM WhatsApp Email Retargeting

Use AI tools for execution (not just content):

• ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity
• AdCreative.ai, Optmyzr, Opteo

Set up automation using:

• HubSpot
• Zapier
• Improve SEO & website performance using:
• Ahrefs, SEMrush

Track, analyze, and improve funnels using:

• Google Analytics
• Hotjar

Must-Have:

2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Proven experience in:

• LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaigns)
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads

Experience in lead generation campaigns

Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing workflows

Experience with CRM + automation (HubSpot/Zapier or similar)

Strong understanding of numbers and optimization

Good to Have:

Experience in hospitality marketing

Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Experience with tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
