About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention for Zippy, a storytelling-first interactive learning ecosystem for kids. This role will own the end-to-end performance marketing engine, from media buying and creative experimentation to retention marketing and CRM automation.

You will work closely with the founders and the Head of Marketing team to build a scalable growth system across paid channels and lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute paid acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, and YouTube & Marketplaces

Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets up to 5 Cr annually

Drive customer acquisition at scale through continuous experimentation and optimization

Build structured creative testing frameworks for ads

Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion performance

Campaign Strategy & Creative Experiments

Design and run creative experiments across different messaging angles

Optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and funnel improvements

Identify high-performing narratives and scale them across channels

Budget Allocation & Forecasting

Manage channel-level budget allocation

Forecast growth targets and plan scalable media investments

Continuously improve marketing efficiency and ROI

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in performance marketing

Strong experience running Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns

Proven ability to manage large ad budgets (5 Cr annually or more)

Experience in fast-paced D2C environments

Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and ad experimentation

Hands-on experience with retention marketing and CRM automation

Preferred Background

Experience working with high AOV D2C brands (3,000+ products)

Experience in kids products, toys, or parenting categories

Experience scaling brands through blitz growth phases
