About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience managing large digital marketing budgets and driving measurable business growth.
This role requires deep expertise across paid acquisition channels, with a strong command over analytics, attribution, experimentation, and performance optimization.
What You Will Be Doing
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads).
- Manage and scale monthly marketing budgets of 50L+ with strong ROI accountability.
- Own SEM strategy end-to-end keyword research, campaign structure, bidding, creatives, landing page optimization, and performance tracking on google and bing ads.
- Manage Facebook ads driving continuous experimentation on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnels to unlock growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve efficiency and results.
- Set up, maintain, and improve tracking, analytics, and attribution frameworks.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
What You Will Need
- 510 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing .
- Deep expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search, App Campaigns, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram performance marketing)
- Proven experience managing large marketing budgets (50L1Cr per month)
- Experience with Bing Search and App Install (UAC) campaigns is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of analytics and attribution, including: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel management, AppsFlyer (or similar MMP tools)
- Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
