What This Role Is About
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own the entire funnel from strategy to execution to scaling.
This is a high-ownership role, not just execution. You'll be directly responsible for:
Driving qualified leads
Reducing CPL
Improving ROAS
Scaling campaigns profitably
Important: Experience in B2B Manufacturing & Real Estate campaigns is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & execute data-driven campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Build full-funnel strategies (Awareness Conversion Retargeting)
- Manage & scale large advertising budgets
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS
- Drive high-quality lead generation campaigns
- Run A/B testing (creatives, copies, landing pages)
- Work on media planning execution performance optimization
- Align social media strategy with performance campaigns
- Collaborate with design, content & sales teams
- Analyze data & generate actionable insights (not just reports)
Must-Have Requirements
- 25 years experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads
- Proven experience in handling large budgets & scaling campaigns
- Strong experience in:
- B2B Campaigns (Mandatory)
- Real Estate Campaigns (Mandatory)
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
- Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI-driven performance
Good to Have
- Experience in a digital marketing agency
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO & Growth Marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics & reporting tools
