Performance Marketing Manager

Sotbella is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, commercially focused, and experienced in scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and ROI.

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Work closely with the creative, content, and e-commerce teams to improve campaign performance.
• Identify new growth opportunities and stay updated with digital advertising trends.

• 4–7 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in D2C, fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and driving revenue through paid campaigns.
