Role and Responsibilities
This is a key role within the SB team. The person hired in this role will be responsible for all the performance marketing efforts of the brand. The role will be part of the sell-out team and will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of sell-out targets from the portal.
Here are the key expectations from the role:
1.Build and deliver on the paid marketing strategy to acquire users through multiple paid channels (Google/Meta/Amazon) in an efficient way
2.Use data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
3.Explore new channels to drive traffic and acquisition
4.Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB and Instagram) and Amazon ads.
5.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, copies and audiences to improve conversion rate.
6.Define campaigns objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI
7.Monitor key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPV and LTV
8.Set up daily performance reports to analyze the performance and optimize campaigns
9.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
10.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms and platform updates.
Experience, Background and qualification
At least 3 years of experience in Digital or Social Media Advertising
A strong hold on Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics driven marketing
Strong analytical ability
Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
