What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid media platforms.
- Build high-performing acquisition, remarketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Manage media budgets while maximizing ROAS and minimizing wasted spend.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign performance and turn numbers into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, influencer and strategy teams to develop campaigns that convert.
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate and Customer Lifetime Value.
- Generate client-ready reports with insights, recommendations and next steps.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes and emerging advertising trends.
- Experiment with AI-powered tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting and optimization.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Media Buying or Growth Marketing.
- Agency experience is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Search Console
- LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, APIs and attribution models.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets and campaign reporting.
- Excellent analytical thinking with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude is a bonus.
