This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager position based in Bhubaneswar. The responsibilities include developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ad spend, and driving customer acquisition and retention. Additional duties involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals, and staying updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to enhance growth initiatives.

• Expertise in Paid Advertising Platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising systems
• Strong skills in Data Analytics and Performance Tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, or DataStudio
• Ability to develop and refine Marketing Strategies, A/B Testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Familiarity with campaign management and maintaining advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Digital Marketing within the education or edTech sector is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
