Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-budget paid campaigns across search and social platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management, and regular interaction with overseas clients, primarily from the North American (US) market.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities (PPC Focused):
- Own and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Develop and execute campaign strategies for Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns through bid management, budget allocation, and continuous performance monitoring.
- Create compelling ad copies, test creatives, and perform A/B testing to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager.
- Analyse campaign data (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven optimization techniques.
- Manage large advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes.
Client Handling (International Exposure)
- Communicate directly with overseas clients, primarily from the US/North American market.
- Understand client goals, KPIs, and business objectives to align campaign strategies.
- Share regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations with clients.
- Participate in client calls, presentations, and strategy discussions.

Required Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with a strong PPC focus
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget PPC campaigns
- Experience handling international clients, preferably US-based
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for client interaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Measurement)
- Experience in an agency setup
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations
