Manager – Customer Success - Performance Marketing

Location: Remote

Shift timing: US (5pm-2am)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – Customer Success with strong experience in Performance Marketing and team management. This role will be responsible for managing and developing Customer Success teams across the US and India, ensuring strong client relationships, campaign performance, and successful delivery of performance marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of performance marketing, strong client

management skills, and prior experience managing a team of 4–5 members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Customer Success/Client Success teams across the US and India.
• Lead and support a team of approximately 4–5 Customer Success professionals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a strategic point of contact for key accounts.
• Drive customer success by understanding client objectives and translating them into effective performance marketing strategies.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social,Display, Programmatic, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure teams are delivering against client KPIs.
• Partner closely with internal teams including Performance Marketing, Media Buying, Analytics, Creative, and Product to ensure seamless execution.
• Review campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Establish and monitor team-level goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Coach team members on client management, performance marketing strategy, problem-solving,and account growth.
• Identify risks, resolve escalations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
• Develop processes and best practices to improve team efficiency, customer experience, and campaign outcomes.
• Prepare and present performance updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of overall experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Prior experience managing a team of 4–5 members.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Experience working with clients and managing multiple accounts or stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with US and India-based teams and clients.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven or agency environment is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
