We are looking for a result-oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist with 36 years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance-driven marketing, campaign optimization, and data-led decision making. Candidates who have exposure to D2C or e-commerce brands will be preferred, along with experience in scaling digital campaigns and driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and independently execute paid performance campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)
- Build and optimize full-funnel strategies from first touch to conversion
- Manage and scale 20L+ monthly ad budgets with a strong ROAS focus
- Allocate budgets dynamically, scale winners, and cut underperforming campaigns quickly
- Drive creative strategy across UGC, static, video, reels, and carousels
- Guide creative teams with performance-backed feedback and plan refresh cycles
- Plan and execute structured A/B testing (creatives, audiences, placements, bidding)
- Track and optimize performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & GA4
- Monitor key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, AOV
- Share clear, data-driven insights with founders/stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- 36 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Proven experience managing 20L+ monthly ad spend
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with conversion tracking and analytics
Preferred:
- Experience with D2C / E-commerce brands
- Exposure to Beauty, Personal Care, Fashion, or Consumer brands
- Basic understanding of CRO, landing page & funnel optimization
