Performance Marketing Manager - Mobile Apps

About the Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketer to run paid ad campaigns that drive installs and subscriptions for our portfolio of wellness apps - and generate leads for Breakthrough to reach more wellness creators.

You'll be running Meta, Google, and Apple ads daily, optimising funnels, testing creatives, and scaling what works. If you love living in ad dashboards and turning data into growth, this is for you.

Role Description - What You'll Be Doing

• Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and Apple to drive app installs and conversions
• Use AppsFlyer and Google Analytics to track performance and find growth opportunities
• Leverage AI tools to automate creative testing and campaign optimisation
• Work with designers to test ad creatives, copy, and landing page flows
• Run B2B lead gen campaigns to attract wellness creators to Breakthrough
• Build and optimise Web2App funnels to improve conversion rates

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience scaling mobile apps through paid ads (Meta, Google, Apple)
• Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
• Proven track record with Web2App funnels
• Comfortable using AppsFlyer or similar analytics tools
• You use AI in your workflow (creative testing, automations, etc.)
• Data-obsessed - you optimise for ROI, not vanity metrics

Nice to Have

• Experience in wellness, fitness, or health apps
• Background in SaaS or app growth
