We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead the digital acquisition and growth efforts for our portfolio of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. This role demands deep, hands-on expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, P-Max) platforms, with a proven track record of successfully scaling brands from their nascent zero-to-one stage into robust, profitable businesses. This position is a crucial link between strategy, execution, client relations, and measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
I. Strategy, Scaling & Execution Mastery (Meta & Google)
- Design, execute, and own full-funnel performance marketing strategies to launch, validate, and scale D2C brands across Meta and Google ecosystems.
- Manage and optimize campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, including audience testing, advanced bidding strategies, and leveraging first-party data (CAPI, Custom Audiences) for improved targeting and ROAS.
- Drive customer acquisition through Google Ads, including Paid Search (PPC), Shopping, Discovery, YouTube, and Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns.
- Manage and forecast media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to maximize ROAS and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Implement continuous A/B testing across campaigns, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates (CRO).
II. Systems, Process & Attribution
- Own tracking and attribution systems, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API, and pixel implementation.
- Ensure accurate measurement across the full customer journey.
- Develop and document SOPs and checklists for campaign launches, optimizations, data analysis, and budget pacing.
- Build scalable campaign structures, including audience segmentation, naming conventions, and reporting dashboards.
III. Creative Strategy & Content Feedback
- Develop data-driven creative strategies and briefs for design and content teams.
- Provide insights on winning ad hooks, formats, and messaging across Meta and Google platforms.
- Monitor and manage ad fatigue by implementing regular creative testing and refresh cycles.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of high-performing ad creatives, including UGC, video, static, and carousel formats.
- Collaborate with UX/Product teams to optimize landing pages and improve overall conversion funnels.
IV. Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client performance reviews.
- Present weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and present a rolling 90-day growth roadmap for each D2C brand.
- Outline testing strategies, budget scaling plans, and new growth opportunities.
- Manage client expectations regarding performance fluctuations, platform changes, and scaling timelines.
