About the Role
XMedia Hub is looking for a Performance Marketing / Ads Manager who knows how to turn powerful content into real business results.
We work with doctors, healthcare brands, entrepreneurs and businesses, and we're looking for someone who can manage and grow their businesses through Meta Ads & Google Ads.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
- Run lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Find the right audiences and continuously test new strategies.
- Work closely with our content & creative team to turn high-performing content into ads.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversions and overall campaign performance.
- Identify winning creatives, audiences and campaigns and scale them.
- Track results and provide simple, actionable performance reports.
- Continuously test, optimize and improve campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience with healthcare, doctors, hospitals, clinics or other service businesses is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversions.
- Someone who thinks beyond running ads and focuses on generating quality leads and business growth.
