About Role

Growvertix is a performance marketing & growth partner for D2C and eCommerce brands.

We help brands scale using high-converting creatives, UGC content, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and data-driven growth systems.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who understands scaling, creatives, funnels, and ROAS-driven advertising.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Handle campaign planning, budgeting, and optimization
• Analyze KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, AOV, etc.
• Build scaling strategies for D2C/eCommerce brands
• Work closely with creative team for ad creatives & hooks
• Test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
• Generate weekly performance reports and insights
• Handle retargeting, funnels, and conversion optimization
• Stay updated with latest advertising trends & platform updates
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Experience handling D2C/eCommerce brands
• Understanding of scaling strategies, ABO/CBO, retargeting
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Must know how to read data and take decisions based on performance
• Basic understanding of Shopify & landing pages is a plus
