- Strong understanding of ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, LTV, and profitability metrics.

Job Description:We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can independently manage and scale multiple D2C brands across Meta and Google Ads while maintaining profitability and achieving client growth objectives.
The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, execution-focused, commercially aware, and capable of solving performance bottlenecks proactively. This is a client-facing role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:Client Management & Ownership- Own end-to-end performance for assigned client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Lead client calls, performance reviews, and growth discussions.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Present performance insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations confidently.
Campaign Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Plan and manage campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, retention, and scaling.
- Monitor account performance daily and take corrective actions proactively.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and profitability.
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and funnels.
Performance Optimization- Identify and resolve ROAS drops, performance fluctuations, tracking issues, and account inefficiencies.
- Analyze funnel metrics to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
- Optimize campaigns based on revenue, profitability, and business objectives rather than platform metrics alone.
- Monitor attribution and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Data Analysis & Reporting- Analyze campaign, product, and customer-level performance data.
- Generate actionable insights from platform dashboards, GA4, Shopify, and client reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track key business metrics including:
- ROAS
- MER
- CAC
- CPA
- AOV
- Conversion Rate
- Revenue Growth
Creative & Growth Collaboration- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Provide clear creative briefs backed by performance data.
- Identify winning creative angles and scaling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page and conversion performance
