Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid media campaigns (such as search, social, and display), overseeing tracking and attribution, analyzing campaign performance, and generating actionable insights and reports. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate with creative, content, and brand teams to align messaging with targeting strategies, run A/B tests, and refine audience segmentation. The role also involves budget management, forecasting, and ensuring campaigns align with overall brand and business objectives.
