About the Role

Own the complete performance marketing ecosystem—from strategy and agency management to

campaign optimization, lead quality, CRM integration, analytics, and business performance. Drive

qualified lead generation and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta and YouTube.

• Manage and challenge external agencies.

• Own lead generation KPIs, CPL, CPQL, CAC and ROI.

• Manage CRM tracking, attribution and reporting (LeadSquared preferred).

• Optimize landing pages, website conversion and A/B testing.

• Partner with Brand and Creative teams to improve campaign performance.

• Present business reviews, insights and growth opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years in Performance Marketing.

• Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads expertise.

• Agency management experience.

• GA4, GTM and CRM expertise.

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

Home Interiors, Modular Kitchens, Furniture, Home Furnishings, Real Estate, Consumer Durables,

Building Materials, D2C, E-commerce, Retail, Automotive or any high-volume lead generation

business.

Qualified Leads, CPL, CPQL, CAC, Lead-to-Appointment, Lead-to-Sale Conversion, Marketing

ROI, Revenue from Digital Channels, Landing Page Conversion Rate, ROAS, Website Conversion

Rate, Lead Response Time, Agency Performance Scorecard and Reporting Accuracy.
