We've built the product. Now we need someone to own the growth engine. Our founders have a proven track record of growing Licious by 10X and Milkbasket by 100X.
Role
You won't be boosting posts. You'll be building a performance machine. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll own paid acquisition end-to-end — strategy, budgets, creatives, bids, and most importantly, the numbers. If CAC creeps up, you'll know why before anyone asks. If a campaign underperforms, you'll have already killed it and tested something new.
What You'll Own
- Full ownership of paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Budget allocation and ROAS targets — you set them, you hit them
- Audience segmentation, lookalikes, and funnel strategy from awareness to first booking
- Weekly performance reporting with clear, actionable next steps — no vanity metrics
Who We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of Performance marketing experience — Web-Based Platforms, online companies. Offline or agency background alone won't cut it here.
- Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — not just familiarity
- Someone who reads a dashboard the way a trader reads a Bloomberg terminal
- Strong instinct for creative-performance fit — you know a winning ad before it runs
- Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to move faster — for analysis, copy iteration, and pattern spotting — but never outsources the thinking. The insight still comes from you.
- Treats a missed ROAS target as a personal challenge, not a slide in a deck
