We specialize in Social Security Disability (SSD) and Mass Tort case acquisition, using AI to improve how cases are sourced, qualified, and converted. Our team includes senior product, marketing, and engineering leaders from Silicon Valley, India, Indonesia, and Romania with proven experience launching successful products. We started as DemandLane — a case origination company for Mass Tort and SSD firms. We were good at it. But sitting across from hundreds of trial lawyers, we saw the bigger problem: an industry that needed infrastructure, not just leads.

So we built it. Lex (the Law) + Hive (the Collective) = a unified ecosystem where firms stop assembling growth by hand.

About The Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketer who thinks like an owner. You'll take end-to-end ownership of one of our highest-spend US lead generation verticals - full P&L accountability across Meta, TikTok, and Google - and play a key role in launching new verticals as we scale.

This is not a run the ads role. The marketers who win in regulated US verticals are the ones who deeply understand the people on the other side of the ad: what they're worried about, what makes them stop scrolling, what makes them trust a stranger enough to pick up the phone. If you obsess over consumer psychology as much as you obsess over CPLs, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Own

• A full vertical, end to end. Budget pacing, bid strategy, audience architecture, and channel mix across Meta, TikTok, and Google - with the autonomy to make in-flight decisions that protect and grow performance. You'll be measured on acquisition cost, lead quality, and downstream revenue, not vanity metrics.
• Creative as a growth lever. Creative is the single biggest performance variable on paid social today, and we treat it that way. You'll develop creative hypotheses rooted in user psychology, run structured testing across ads and landing pages, and direct designers and freelancers to produce concepts that convert - not just look good.
• New vertical launches. Beyond your core vertical, you'll help plan, launch, and scale campaigns in new US legal verticals (including Mass Tort), shaping playbooks the rest of the team will run.
• The full funnel. You'll work with our analytics team to sharpen attribution and insights, manage email campaigns that improve conversion and cross-sell, partner on inbound call and warm-transfer strategy, and hold affiliate partners to a rigorous lead quality bar.

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in performance marketing with deep, hands-on Meta Ads experience at significant daily spend; Google Ads and TikTok experience strongly preferred
• A track record of using creative testing and consumer insight - not just bid tweaks - to move performance
• Experience in lead generation or regulated verticals (legal, insurance, finance) is a strong plus
• Strong analytical instincts: you're comfortable in the data and even more comfortable deciding what it means
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including with US-based partners
• Working fluency with design tools and experience directing freelance designers on complex creative
• The independence to run a vertical solo and the collaboration instincts to make the whole team better
