We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to plan and execute our paid advertising and acquisition efforts in the US market. You should have a proven track record in media planning, campaign management, and B2C customer acquisition in the drop-shipping space with a strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and audience targeting in the United States market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram),
- TikTok Ads and other performance channels.
- Develop detailed media plans and ensure optimal budget allocation for maximum ROI.
- Lead B2C customer acquisition initiatives by testing new strategies, channels, and creatives.
- Build and manage scalable drop-shipping funnels for efficient conversions and high lifetime value.
- Handle daily campaign analysis, performance tracking, and A/B testing for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with design, product, and content teams for creative and messaging alignment.
- Manage tracking integrations (GA4, Pixels, Tag Manager) to ensure accurate performance reporting.
- Research new trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing for the US market.
Support System/How We Work
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams:
- Collaborate with the Tech team on any technical requirements, such as implementing website code or tracking scripts.
- Coordinate with the Graphic and Content teams for high-quality ad creatives, visuals, and ad copywriting support.
- Collaborate with our dedicated Product team to access comprehensive product briefs and gain in-depth knowledge about our offerings.
