ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive and manage end-to-end digital marketing initiatives at V6 Clinics in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

This is a Full-Time On-Site role with a joining timeline within 15 days. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, paid advertising, SEO, website management, content, and campaign optimization, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct market research to identify market trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.

- Track, analyze, and optimize ROAS across paid campaigns to maximize returns on marketing spend.

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Manage performance marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.

- Monitor campaign metrics, budgets, ROI, conversions, and overall performance.

- Develop data-driven strategies to improve lead generation, traffic, and conversions.

- Optimize website content and structure for improved SEO performance.

- Coordinate and contribute to content creation aligned with campaign objectives.

- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, keywords, landing pages, and campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.

- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Good understanding of conversion optimization, campaign tracking, and performance metrics.

- Experience with website management and digital content.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
