TL;DR: We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist for a UK-based performance marketing agency that works with 78-figure DTC, eCommerce, and lead-generation brands. You'll be the first dedicated Google specialist, responsible for building and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Display. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimisation, and performance across multiple client accounts.

What you'll do
Build and run campaigns
- Launch and manage campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Display for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Audit existing accounts from day one, spotting structural issues and quick wins before anyone asks.
- Own bidding strategy decisions (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Manual CPC) and conversion tracking setup via GTM and GA4.
Optimise obsessively
- Monitor and optimise daily, not weekly, and manage negative keyword lists like they actually matter to performance (because they do).
- Run structured A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to move the numbers that count: ROAS, CPA, CPL.
- Build audience segments for RLSA, remarketing, and similar audiences across Display and YouTube.
Communicate clearly
- Write weekly performance updates that tell the story: what's working, what isn't, and what's coming next.
- Flag budget pacing issues or opportunities proactively, without being chased for an update.
Who we're looking for
- You've managed Google Ads campaigns for at least 3 years, ideally inside an agency handling multiple client accounts across different verticals.
- You've run campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube, and you understand the nuances of each.
- You've managed budgets of $50K$100K+ per month and have the results to show for it.
- You've set up and troubleshot conversion tracking through GTM and GA4 (not just read about it).
- You spot problems before they become client conversations, and you fix them without needing to be asked.
Bonus points if you have
- Google Ads certifications across Search, Shopping, Video, or Display.
- Experience with Google Ads Editor for bulk account changes.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio for client-facing dashboards.
- Any exposure to Meta Ads, helpful for cross-channel alignment.
