Get Structured is hiring on behalf of a client for a Performance Marketing Manager (Meta). Role Objective:

To drive scalable and profitable growth across multiple client accounts through advanced performance marketing strategies on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), with strong ownership of campaign performance, budget efficiency, and collaboration in an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Build full-funnel strategies focusing on CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate (CVR).
  • Develop and manage audience strategies including core, custom, and lookalike audiences.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, and audience segments to improve performance.

2. Budget & Spend Management

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly media spends across multiple client accounts.
  • Ensure effective budget pacing, allocation, and scaling strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Optimize campaigns to maintain cost efficiency while scaling volumes.

3. P&L Ownership & Profitability

  • Own and manage P&L for client accounts, ensuring profitability alongside growth.
  • Monitor cost efficiency, margins, and revenue contribution from Meta campaigns.
  • Align campaign performance with overall business and revenue objectives.

4. Analytics, Tracking & Attribution

  • Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking frameworks.
  • Monitor event match quality, attribution windows, and conversion accuracy.
  • Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, dashboards, and reports.

5. Creative & Performance Optimization

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Track engagement metrics, video performance (ThruPlay, watch time), and creative fatigue.
  • Drive creative strategy using performance insights and audience behavior data.

6. Multi-Brand & Agency Management

  • Manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Adapt strategies across industries such as healthcare, real estate, and technology.
  • Ensure strong client communication, reporting, and satisfaction.

7. Collaboration

  • Drive team productivity, campaign excellence, and continuous upskilling.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for integrated execution.

8. Innovation & Platform Expertise

  • Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, automation, and AI-driven campaign strategies.
  • Experiment with new formats, tools, and scaling approaches to improve performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with strong expertise in Meta platforms.
  • 3+ years in a managerial role, handling a team of 5 or more.
  • Proven experience managing multi-brand/client portfolios in a digital marketing agency.
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets with daily, weekly, and monthly spend optimization.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR).
  • Expertise in Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and attribution models.
  • Experience working across healthcare, real estate, and technology brands in a multi-brand setup.
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L management and profitability tracking.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Education:
  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing from a recognized institution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience scaling high-budget campaigns across diverse industries.
  • Exposure to automation tools and advanced audience strategies.
