About Strong & Brave

Launched in July 2022, Strong & Brave is a premium women's western wear brand focused on WorkLife Fashion. We engineer body-odour-absorbing apparel for the modern Indian professional woman who refuses to choose between looking powerful and feeling comfortable. We are currently live on our D2C website, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart.

We are currently scaling rapidly and have set an ambitious goal: Reach ₹1 Crore in monthly sales with a 4x Blended ROAS by March 2027.

To achieve this, we are moving away from external agencies and building a high-performance internal marketing engine. We have a data-backed, multi-platform growth playbook ready to execute, and we need a hungry, analytical operator to take the wheel.

The Role

You will be the core driver of our D2C revenue growth. You will take ownership of a clear, documented growth strategy and execute it across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Influencer Marketing.

You won't be doing this alone—you will be armed with enterprise-grade AI automation tools (Madgicx for Meta campaign/creative automation and BigAtom for catalog optimization) to multiply your output. Your job is to manage the machine, optimize the strategy, and hit the numbers.

What You Will Do (The Playbook)

1. Multi-Platform Media Buying

•       Meta Ads (50-55% of budget): Restructure our current Meta account to eliminate budget fragmentation. Execute our immediate 30-day plan (pausing underperformers, scaling winners, building abandoned cart sequences).

•       Google Ads (25-30% of budget): Launch and scale Google Search and Shopping campaigns from scratch to capture high-intent women's formal wear traffic. This is critical for pulling up our blended ROAS.

•       AI Tool Management: Operate Madgicx and BigAtom to automate daily budget allocations, pause bad SKUs (Stop Loss), and generate high-converting creative overlays.

2. Creative & Influencer Strategy

•       UGC Content Engine: Identify, negotiate with, and manage nano/micro-influencers (10K-100K followers) to generate authentic UGC (User Generated Content).

•       Creative Repurposing: Turn influencer content into high-performing Reels, Stories, and catalog ads. Ensure a constant pipeline of fresh creative to combat ad fatigue.

3. Funnel & Product Optimization

•       AOV Expansion: Work directly with the founder to implement strategies that increase Average Order Value (AOV) from ₹2,600 to ₹3,200+, including bundle offers (Complete Work Set) and premium collections.

•       Analytics & Reporting: Track blended ROAS, CPP (Cost Per Purchase), and SKU-level profitability daily. Implement weekly performance gates (e.g., pausing any campaign spending ₹5K+ at <0.8x ROAS).

What We Are Looking For

Experience

•       2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, specifically scaling D2C e-commerce brands in India.

•       Fashion/Apparel experience is highly preferred. You must understand the nuances of catalog ads, sizing issues, and visual storytelling.

•       Proven track record of managing monthly ad spends of ₹5 Lakhs to ₹20 Lakhs+.

Technical Skills

•       Expert in Meta Ads Manager: You know how to structure campaigns, utilize Advantage+ Shopping (ASC), and read the data beyond the surface metrics.

•       Strong in Google Ads: You have successfully run Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns for e-commerce.

•       Tool Proficiency: Experience with Shopify analytics. Familiarity with AI automation tools like Madgicx, BigAtom, or similar platforms is a massive plus.

The Mindset

•       Analytical Operator: You make decisions based on data, not hunches. You know your CPA, AOV, and LTV metrics cold.

•       Creative Eye: You aren't just a spreadsheet person. You know what makes a thumb-stopping fashion ad and can guide influencers to create it.

•       Ownership: You are tired of agency bureaucracy and want to own the P&L for a growing brand.
