Our team blends creative storytelling with hyper-targeted digital execution—turning budgets into scalable customer acquisition engines, optimized in real-time with proprietary analytics and automated bidding frameworks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance marketing: plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok—owning KPIs from CAC to LTV.
- Build and manage cross-channel attribution models to measure true ROI; align with sales and product teams to refine conversion funnels.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages—scale winning variations and sunset underperformers with agility.
- Develop and manage client-facing dashboards using Looker, Google Data Studio, or Power BI—deliver weekly performance reviews with actionable insights.
- Train junior marketers on platform updates, bidding strategies, and creative best practices—promote a data-first culture across the team.
- Negotiate media budgets, track vendor performance, and forecast spend vs. revenue to ensure campaign profitability at scale.
