Our performance marketing engine drives high-intent student acquisition via data-driven campaigns across paid social, search, and performance channels—scaling ROI while optimizing for lifetime value and conversion efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing for paid channels—Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and programmatic—with full P&L ownership for acquisition KPIs.
- Design, execute, and optimize conversion-focused campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion funnels using UTM tagging, A/B testing, and pixel-based retargeting.
- Partner with creative and content teams to build high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging that boost CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance weekly using Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and internal dashboards; adjust budgets/bids in real-time based on funnel drop-offs and CPA trends.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, CRM, and Product to ensure seamless lead handoff, attribution accuracy, and funnel optimization.
- Build scalable playbooks for channel expansion (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, Connected TV) and test emerging ad formats to stay ahead of platform innovations.

- Experience with TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads
