A fast-scaling edtech startup powering the next generation of career-focused professionals across India, we combine data-driven performance marketing with scalable digital acquisition strategies to drive learner growth and product-led conversion. Operating in the high-velocity edtech + upskilling space, we're building a performance engine that turns intent-driven traffic into enrollments—using precision targeting, creative experimentation, and full-funnel optimization across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the full-funnel performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels for user acquisition and retention.
- Design and execute A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV across cohorts.
- Build and manage scalable budget allocation models, balancing growth KPIs with unit economics across campaigns and channels.
- Partner with Product and Content teams to align campaign messaging, CTAs, and funnel architecture with conversion science principles.
- Develop custom attribution models, track incremental lift, and report performance insights to stakeholders using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and looker/studio dashboards.
- Lead creative briefs, manage agency partners, and maintain a high-velocity test-and-learn culture across ad studios and landing page teams.
