About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can drive lead generation, brand growth, and performance marketing across paid and organic channels. This role focuses on scaling traffic, improving conversion rates, and generating high-quality leads for our services.
You will work closely with sales, design, and product teams to execute campaigns that directly impact revenue and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels
Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
Scale lead generation while maintaining ROI and quality benchmarks
Organic Growth & SEO
Execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
Identify keyword opportunities and optimize landing pages & content
Track search performance using Google Search Console & Analytics
Social Media & Content Marketing
Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels
Plan content calendars and collaborate with designers for creatives
Improve engagement, reach, and inbound leads through content
Funnels, Tracking & Optimization
Improve landing page conversion rates and funnel performance
Set up and track events using GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager
Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages
Reporting & Analytics
Track KPIs: leads, traffic, conversions, CPL, ROI, engagement
Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns for scale
Requirements
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
Strong execution skills with a growth and experimentation mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, D2C, or Lead-Gen businesses
Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation, or email marketing
Basic design or creative skills (Canva is a plus)
Experience working with US-focused audiences or markets
Understanding of job search, hiring, or career platforms
