Performance Marketing Manager (Ecommerce Marketplace)

We're building a fast-growing ecommerce marketplace and looking for a hands-on marketer who can drive real growth — not just vanity metrics.

This is a full-time, in-person role where you will own end-to-end marketing execution across Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram.

What you'll do:

• Plan, run, and optimize ad campaigns

• Build WhatsApp funnels and customer journeys

• Grow and manage Instagram for conversions

• Focus on performance, orders, and profitability

• Someone who executes, tests, and improves daily

• Strong understanding of performance marketing

• Not an agency — individual contributors only

• Ready to take ownership and scale results
